There are 2 different paths to the game:
1. traditional
2. alternate

The alternate path is slightly different in that the County Building is not visited
and the scanning of the diploma has be done at the end.

The traditional path requires that the player scans the diploma to get to the County
Building before he can continue on to the College Area.
